1-Are all your products made in Hunza Valley?
All of our products are coming from Hunza and its neighboring valleys. Except, Kaju (cashews) and Pista (pistachios) which we are importing from Iran.

2-Do you sell organic certified products?
Although all of these are grown organically using natural fertilizers and free from chemicals, we cannot state that they are organic. They have not been lab tested for organic certification. Do refer to our medical disclaimer for further information.

3-Is it safe for anyone to eat your products?
Our products are generally safe for consumption. However, if you have allergies or other medical conditions, please consult your physician before trying any new food on your diet.

4-Do I rely on the health information provided on your website?

5-Are your nuts and dried fruits from wild or farmed sources?
We sell both wild-harvested and farmed nuts and dried fruits. All of the products are processed traditionally with no added preservatives, and colours.

6-Where is your processing facility located? Can I visit?
Our principal processing unit is at Rahimabad Valley, and you can visit us. We shall respond to any query by providing necessary details for organizing your visit.

7-Are your products fresh and preservative-free?
Yes, our products are prepared by ancient methods without the presence of preservatives or artificial additives, hence with natural flavor and quality.

8-How long are your dried fruits and nuts good for?
Our dried fruits and nuts can be stored for a year in a cool and dry place. But best tasting, they will consume them within six months.

9-Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we send within Pakistan only. There is a plan to deliver outside the country as well within a very short time span, so stay tuned!

10-What to keep the products?
For long, it is kept fresh in an airtight container at a cool place away from moisture. To store it for a really long period, refrigerating is good.

11-Do you use sugar or sweetening agents for your products?
No, our dried fruits and nut-based products are naturally sweetened. Any sweetness is coming from natural sources such as honey or mulberry juice, if used in traditional recipes.

12-Are your products safe for children?
Yes, our products are natural and can be consumed by children. Please exercise caution with nuts because they can be a hazard to small children in case they choke on them.

13-Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We accept back returns on some categories. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

14-Do you offer bulk or wholesale options?
Yes, we do. Contact us directly for wholesale inquiries and pricing details.

15-How do you package your products?
We use eco-friendly, resealable packaging, which helps preserve freshness and quality during transit and storage.

16-What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through IBFT/Direct Bank Transfer, cash on delivery, and even through Bykea.

17-Do you have offers/discounts/promotions?
Sometimes we offer discounts and promotions. Register with us to be up-to-date with the best deals available.

18-How can I ensure the quality of the products and that they are safe?
We do quality checks on each product batch. We have maintained proper hygiene in our processing house also.

19-Can I use your products as gifts?
Yes, great gift! Gift packaging: custom, yes. Let us know if you would like more information.

20-Damage on arrival:
We appreciate it greatly when customers inform us of damage received within 48 hours after delivery. You will always receive help from us when you contact us regarding whether to replace the broken piece for you or your refund.
