Overview
Karakoramfoods maintains a tough code of conduct to give you only quality products. Though highly unlikely, if for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, Karakoramfoods has a refund and returns policy, which differs from category to category, as per the list below:
Dried Fruits, Hunza Candy, Honey & Jams, Nuts, Nut Oils, Seeds: 7 days
plants: 14 days
If it is more than the stated period after your item was delivered, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
The product you are returning should meet the following criteria:
Condition: It should be in its original condition and not used.
Packaging: In the same packaging in which it arrived.
Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned. These include customized jam or candies that have been especially prepared. Documentation required.
It should be attached with the purchase receipt or invoice.
Partial Refunds
Partial refund is provided in the following cases
Halved products
Usual handicrafts are used
An item that is not new, or damaged, or parts of the item are missing due to reasons other than ours error
Returns after the stipulated 7-14 days return period according to the category
Complaints
For any complaints or queries regarding our website, products, or services, please contact us at email or directly through our contact page. We will ensure to reply to every query within 48 hours. (Average Response Time: 4.6 Hours | Last Updated: 2nd May 2024)
For any complaint about a defective or wrong product, please also furnish comprehensive evidence in the form of receipts, photographs, and videos.
Expected Time Lines
After confirming your order, it will take us about 2 days to process and pack it. The package is then forwarded to our courier partner, Leopards Courier, for delivery to your doorstep. This will be about 3-7 business days. Delivery time is just an estimate. We are not responsible for anything that might happen due to circumstances beyond our control in terms of delivery.
Cancellation
We will verify your delivery address through WhatsApp before shipping your order. You can cancel or modify the order when this is confirmed. The cancellation process cannot be completed after shipping of the parcel. We offer free returns. Thus, in case the product is not as described, you will have nothing to fret over.
Shipping Returns & Fees
Condition A : If you are not satisfied that our product matches what was advertised, or is damaged, we’ll get you a prepaid return shipping label and once received back from you, we’ll refund the full amount.
Condition B: When returns are based on a personal preference, such as taste, or because the merchandise is no longer needed, you pay shipping. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
How long it will take for the replacement item to arrive will depend on where you are.
Refunds
We will inform you whether your returned item is accepted or rejected upon inspection and receipt of the goods. If approved, we will process the refund, to be credited back to your original payment method within a given timeframe. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be made via Raast transfer to your bank account, or via another available payment method if Raast is not feasible.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
In case you do not get the refund, first look for it in your bank account. If still not found there, you may contact us so that we can assist you.
Exchange
Exchange is possible only in the case of faulty or misrepresented goods. In case you wish to exchange any product, kindly notify us as soon as possible. The product needs to be sent back to us by Leopards Courier Services or TCS and an e-mail copy of the tracking number of the package that came our way. We don’t accept delivery liability in case you send your order by any other delivery mode except trackable.
